Your board deserves better than this.

If any of these describe your district today, it may be time for a management company that treats responsiveness as the job — not a bonus.

What your board gets

Clear information. Reliable compliance. Real answers.

01

A dedicated district manager

One named point of contact who knows your district, attends your meetings and answers your calls.

02

Board packets at least two days ahead

Agendas, financials and reports arrive with time to read them — not the night before.

03

Financials you can actually read

Full monthly statements plus a one-page plain-language summary of where the district stands.

04

Every deadline tracked

A compliance calendar for budgets, filings, audits and elections, reviewed with your board each year.

05

Residents handled

Resident questions come to us, not to board members' personal phones — with replies within one business day.

06

A current district website

Notices, agendas, minutes and budgets posted within 48 hours of each meeting.

Frequently asked questions

Ava Cook, Administrator, working at a laptop in the Metro District Management office

How do we switch management companies?

Review the termination notice terms in your current agreement, then approve a new management agreement at a board meeting. We coordinate the rest of the handoff with your outgoing manager, counsel and auditor.

Will anything be interrupted during the transition?

No. Bills keep getting paid and filings keep getting made. We plan the overlap with your current manager so nothing is missed.

Can we keep our attorney, auditor and vendors?

Yes. We work alongside your existing professionals. If a vendor isn't performing, we'll help you evaluate options — the decision stays with your board.

Do you attend board meetings?

Yes. Your district manager attends every regular board meeting and prepares the packet, notice and minutes.

How is pricing set?

Pricing depends on your district's size and the services you choose. Your proposal spells out every fee in writing before you decide.

Ready to see the difference?

We're glad to present to your board at your next meeting. Or call (720) 717-0664.
